1. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required at booking. Full payment must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by You: Cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits may apply depending on the tour provider and how far in advance you cancel.

Cancellations by Us: We may cancel or modify tours due to weather, supplier issues, safety or minimum group numbers. We will offer an alternative tour or refund as outlined in the specific tour terms.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate coverage.

4. Health, Safety & Suitability

By booking you confirm you are physically able to participate and will disclose medical/dietary requirements. We are not liable for injuries or illness where safety instructions are not followed.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Itineraries may change due to local conditions, weather, or operational needs. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury or delays caused by third-party suppliers, personal belongings lost or damaged, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid.
